After 4 years of college basketball, Wyatt began his career in corporate America working for a large foundation company grossing over $100M annually and quickly became #1 salesman. While finding success in corporate he became dissatisfied with the corporate lifestyle and which sparked investing in real estate to build passive income.
Wyatt co-founded Full Circle Real Estate, a direct to seller real estate acquisitions company. In 4 years of focused investing Wyatt became financially free at the age of 27.
Currently Wyatt has a portfolio of over 200 units totaling over $17M assets under management including single family homes, selfstorage units, and multifamily apartments. Wyatt is also founded Full Circle Property Management, his in house management team.
