How I just raised 2,300,000 without asking anyone for money

I’ve raised $2.3mm.  We only have a little more to go before we wrap up the fundraise.

During the raise, I individually reached out to exactly one person to make sure they saw the deal.

I did not ask them or anyone else for money.

The only time I ever got on the phone in this raise was to personally update people who had already committed to invest.

How did I raise $2.3mm without asking anyone for money?

  • I built a list of investors
  • I partnered with someone who has his own list of investors and structured it correctly to stay on the right side of the law
  • I hosted informational Q&A sessions
  • I used emails like this one

It’s as simple as that – if you know how to set up and run the system.
